With decades of lutherie experience, we strive to correct all inherent problems of the most popular contemporary guitars and improve on their weaknesses through innovative engineering, as well as creating specialized lutherie tools that provide a level of previously unobtained quality.

The Rebirth and Reinvention of the Electric Guitar.
“Focused Tension-Field Geometry**” An advanced carbon fiber composite structure that extends from the tip of the headstock, inside the neck, to the distal end of the fretboard and is integrated into the “Neck Mounting Modules**”. This greatly improves the stability of the neck in all aspects.
Revolutionary New “Neck Mounting Systems**” of the Neck and Body. The strongest “bolt on” neck joint in the world. With over half a ton of total clamping pressure. This mechanical coupling and acoustical energy transfer results in improved clarity, resonance and sustain.
The “Carbon Fiber Top**” is reverse compensation molded to slightly less than 1/16” thick and is much lighter than a maple top, however it produces similar tonal qualities. It is far superior in strength with vast improvements in bridge and tuning stability, also shielding the electronics from RF interference.
Taking a Mace Guitar for a LONG test drive you will notice that the comfort, balance and feel makes you just want to keep playing it, the low action, shape, feel and tilt of the neck, the intonation and comfortable heel access to the 24th fret is perfect. The clarity of chords and notes, the singing sustain, and tight resonance is better than any guitar you have ever played. After a long set you may even notice that you didn’t have to re-tune it a single time.
We did not venture down the path of fancy bindings or fretboard inlays because none of those things “speak to the soul” of the Musician. Instead, we charted our course to build a better guitar. And we have.
